The Geebah Issue #15

hello folks,

we have been participating in that great family tradition, the family cold. nothing exotic to get worried or excited about. just a small tribe of humans moving in very slow motion. i think we are on the mend.

thank you ann for all of the pictures! luke outstanding job getting all of those posters with notes up! amazing art! also, it is very cool that the posters that you created were such cutting edge tech accomplishments. you are an artist and an innovator. i am proud of your work. i am very glad it is up. everyone, keep digging in your storage. i have a lot of scanning and more digging to do. maybe some one will find that earthday video.

that a fore mentioned cold has slowed me down. so, this one is brief.

Luke has posted a ton of posters on the fb group. Many he has notes on the creation of the poster and some mentions of the gigs. There has been a lot of fun recollecting while looking at the posters. I particularly like seeing the names of the venues and the bands we played with. The connection to the community at large, "The Scene," was always important to us. I think it was a very good part of dreamspeak. The posters really illustrate those connections for me.

There are some rough cuts from the studio up on there.  Craig Dryer joins us on Hammond Organ and Sax (If there is both piano and organ it is craig on Hammond).  All the stuff is done live in the studio, vocals, solos, etc.  Just like a show.
